I am having trouble viewing the INTERNET CAMPUS Video Streams.

*If you are using Internet Explorer 6, you will need to upgrade to a newer version to view the live stream.

On both PC and Mac platforms, we utilize the Adobe Flash Player plug-in. If you already have this installed, please make sure you are using the most current version, or download it free here. All browsers across both platforms should be compatible, but we do recommend the Mozilla Firefox browser (www.mozilla.com) for the best viewing experience. If after installing both these programs, you still have problems with our site, please email internetcampus@mcleanbible.org. For immediate assistance, enter the live chat forum.

My video is choppy. Is the problem on my end?

If your video is choppy, the issue is likely related to your Internet connection. Please click the "Choose a Different Quality Setting" on your player and select the medium or low speed connection options. If you are plugged into a ground line, you will likely get a faster connection than picking up a wireless signal.

Note: If your video freezes, try restarting your window.
